What happens on the bench
Four standalone services: a Picofly RP2040 modchip install, plus reshells, joystick replacements and charge port replacements. For the last three you supply the parts and we do the fitting. Modchip installation is pending — there is no available mod yet — and for Switch 2 the only services available right now are charge port replacement, reshells and joystick replacements.

Picofly RP2040 modchip install
Full Picofly RP2040 install on any Switch 1 model — V1, V2, Lite or OLED. Chip, wiring and firmware setup are handled on the bench, then the console is tested before you take it home. Modchip installation is pending for Switch 2 — there is no available mod yet, so we are not taking Switch 2 modchip installs right now.
Reshell
Move your console into a new housing — Switch 2 as well as the whole Switch 1 family. One of the three services available for Switch 2 right now. Bring your own shell and buttons and we do the teardown, transfer and reassembly so nothing gets cracked or cross-threaded.
Joystick replacement
Fix drifting or worn sticks with a clean replacement — available for Switch 2 as well as the Switch 1 family. Supply the replacement stick modules you want fitted and we handle the swap and calibration.
Charge port replacement
Replace a loose, bent or dead charging port — available for Switch 2 as well as the Switch 1 family. Supply the replacement port assembly for your model and we handle the board work, fitting and a charge test before you collect.

Every service is priced up front. The modchip install is one set price per Switch 1 model, and the repairs and reshells are priced by what is being worked on — nothing is charged online.

Repairs & reshells
Standalone services, each priced by what is being worked on. You supply the replacement parts and we do the fitting — nothing is charged online. Joystick and charge port prices are split by console model, and these three are the only services available for Switch 2 right now.

Drop off locally
Bring the console to the agreed meet-up point in or around Columbus, GA. We check it over with you on arrival and note its condition before any work starts.

Same-day bench work
The chip goes in on the bench in about 2 hours, quoted as a ~3 hours window so testing and cleanup are included. Most installs are finished the same day.

Tested and collected
The console is boot-tested and the install verified, then you pick it up — usually the same day, always with the work checked in front of you.

1-month warranty
Every install carries a 1-month warranty on our workmanship, framed at-your-own-risk.
At your own risk- Cover runs for 1 month from the day you collect the console.
- The warranty covers the install itself — joints, wiring and chip seating.
- Damage caused by overclocking is explicitly excluded from cover.
- Physical damage after collection, liquid damage and third-party repairs are not covered.
